Motorcycle, riding gear, a support vehicle, a towing vehicle for technical routes, a mechanic on the road, an experienced road captain, accommodation, and meals. You bring yourself — everything else is arranged.”
Yes. Whether you’re shooting a motovlog, building a photography portfolio, or just documenting the ride for yourself, our road captains can help plan stops around light, viewpoints, and moments worth capturing — just let us know when you enquire so we can build extra time into the route for it.
The trip package covers the motorcycle, gear, support vehicle, and crew — but personal travel insurance and motorcycle damage liability are not included. If a bike is damaged in an accident during the trip, repair costs are the rider’s responsibility. We strongly recommend arranging personal travel insurance that covers motorcycle riding before you arrive, and we’re happy to talk through what that should cover based on your route.
Yes — you’ll need an International Driving Permit (IDP) valid for motorcycles, alongside a valid motorcycle license from your home country. Let us know your license category when you enquire so we can confirm it covers the class of bike on your route.
It depends on the ride. On-road touring (Harley-Davidson, Yamaha X-Max) is accessible to most riders with a standard license — no technical off-road skill needed. Cultural touring routes suit riders with moderate experience. Technical offroad and dual-sport routes are built for riders comfortable on loose gravel, river crossings, and mountain terrain. Circuit track days have their own requirements — tell us your experience level when you enquire and we’ll recommend what fits.
Yes. Gear is provided as part of every trip, but if you have gear you already trust the fit of, you’re welcome to bring and ride in your own.
Yes. Alongside our multi-day routes, we offer single-day experiences — private dirtbike adventures at spots like Hambalang and Bromo, and circuit track days at Mandalika and Sentul. Let us know which one you’re after when you enquire.
Anything from a solo rider to a large group. Every trip is private and built around who’s actually riding — a solo rider, a few friends, a company outing, or a visiting motorcycle club that doesn’t want the hassle of shipping bikes to Java.
Yes. Beyond our catalog of set routes, we can build a fully improvised itinerary from scratch — you tell us where to start, where to end, and what you want to see along the way. Most journeys stay within Java, but for riders with more time, a route can extend into Bali or Lombok as well.
No — that’s exactly the kind of trip JavaRide is built for. We provide the bikes, so a visiting club can ride Java without shipping motorcycles overseas.
Yes. We work with gear brands and production crews needing authentic filming locations across Java, with logistics support for crew, equipment, and access to routes and communities most productions can’t reach on their own.
