Private Dirt Bike Tour Bogor: Allianz Indonesia’s Leadership Team Off the Grid
Bogor sits an hour or two south of Jakarta, and the difference hits you before you’re off the bike. Traffic noise drops away, the air cools, and the road turns to red mud and packed clay under the pines. We ran a private dirt bike tour there for the leadership team at Allianz Indonesia — a corporate outing that turned into one of the more memorable trips our crew has led this year.
Who Was Riding

The group was senior leadership from Allianz Indonesia, based in Jakarta. Most hadn’t ridden dirt in years. A couple had never thrown a leg over a bike outside a parking lot. That’s a normal starting point for us — we build the route around the riders in front of us, not the other way around.
The Day

Pick-up was private, straight from each rider’s place in Jakarta at 7:00 AM. By 9:00 AM the group was at The Jungle Sentul, where our crew had a light Indonesian breakfast and coffee waiting alongside the pre-ride briefing.
From there it was straight onto the trails — scenic hills, river crossings, rocky sections, and a run through a few remote villages. Nobody in the group was chasing a personal best, so we kept the technical sections optional and let the pace follow the group rather than a fixed plan.
Midway through, the group stopped for fresh coconut water and a traditional Indonesian lunch — the kind of break that matters more after a few hours of concentration than any scenic overlook does. By afternoon, everyone was back on the bikes for the ride out, ending with private drop-off back in Jakarta.
Gear and Support

Every rider had a properly fitted CRF150 or KLX150 — higher-CC options are available on request — plus full protective gear: helmet, goggles, chest protector, knee guards, boots. A lead rider set the pace, a sweep rider made sure nobody got left behind on a tricky section, and a mechanic travelled with the group. That’s standard on every JavaRide trip, not an add-on for this one.
What Stood Out

Dirt biking doesn’t leave room for anything else. You’re reading the terrain, managing throttle and balance, and there’s no space left over to think about work. A few of the riders said as much afterward — that a few hours on the trail did more for their head than a weekend off ever does. We’ll take that as a compliment on the route, not a claim we’re making on your behalf.
If your team is planning a private ride out of Jakarta — corporate outing or otherwise — our Hambalang Dirt Bike Day Trip covers similar terrain and scales from beginner to advanced. Ready to plan your own ride? Chat with us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry and we’ll build it around your group and dates.
